Pumpkin Spice Cup Cakes

  1. Cupcakes: 1.
  2. Beat all cupcake ingredients with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened.
  3. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
  4. Spoon batter into 24 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  5. Frosting: 1.
  6. Beat all frosting ingredients (except confectioner's sugar) until light and fluffy.
  7. Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar until smooth.
