Lavender Flavored Vodka

  1. Place lightly bruised petals in a jar with vodka and steep for two days.
  2. Then, add sugar and steep for two weeks, shaking vigorously once or twice a day to let sugar dissolve.
  3. Strain and filter into clean decanter.
  4. Then freeze to serve icy cold!
