Pepper-Steak Salad
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (3/4 lb.), grilled, cut into thin slices
- 1 each red and green pepper
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup drained canned water chestnuts
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 6 cups loosely packed torn mixed salad greens
- Combine meat, peppers, tomatoes, water chestnuts and onions in large bowl.
- Mix dressing and soy sauce until blended.
- Add to meat mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover platter with salad greens; top with meat mixture.
