Green Tomato Ketchup Recipe

  1. Grind vegetables using blender or possibly coarse blade of grinder.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. salt.
  3. Let stand overnight.
  4. Rinse and drain.
  5. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  6. Heat to boiling.
  7. Simmer 3 min.
  8. Place in sterile jars and seal.
  9. About 8 pints.
