Leftover Turkey Soup
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots and celery; cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in broth, water and dressing mix.
- Bring to boil.
- Add turkey and pasta; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min.
- or until pasta is tender.
