Spinach Fettuccini With Poppy Seeds

  1. Melt the butter in a medium skillet; stir in the spinach and garlic.
  2. Cook, covered, 5 minutes or until the spinach is wilted.
  3. Add the poppy seeds and keep warm.
  4. Meanwhile cook the fettuccini in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, about 2 minutes.
  5. Drain and toss with the spinach mixture.
  6. Serve with grated cheese.
