Shrimp A La Creole Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion, celery, parsley and bell pepper till tender.
  2. Add in water, tomatoes, tomato puree and garlic.
  3. Simmer 5 min.
  4. Add in Lea & Perrins, Louisiana Warm Sauce and salt.
  5. Cook mix for 30 min.
  6. Add in shrimp and cook for 30 more min, or possibly till shrimp are done and mix is thick.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Yield: 4 portions.
