Laurie's Garlic Pasta
- 4-6 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
- 6 cloves garlic or to taste, minced
- 1 each tomatoes large, fresh, diced small, seeded
- 1 cup parsley leaves fresh, chopped
- 1 x pasta spaghetti preferred, but can use any
- On minimum slowly heat minced garlic in olive oil.
- While pasta is cooking chop tomatoe and parsley.
- Drain cooked pasta and toss with the heated garlic and olive oil, tomatoe and parsley.
- Serve and drizzle a small amount of raw olive oil on servings.
