Carrot & Beet Salad with Walnuts

  1. Combine carrots and beets in large bowl.
  2. Whisk dressing, orange zest, juice and mustard until blended.
  3. Add to carrot mixture; toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  5. Add onions and nuts just before serving; mix lightly.
