Bronzed Birds Recipe

• 3 x Game hens (20-ounce)
• 1 x Garlic cloves
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper
• 1/4 c. Honey
• 1/4 c. Bourbon
• 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted

1. Place game hens in shallow baking pan.
2. Crush garlic with salt then combine with pepper, honey, bourbon and melted butter.
3. Brush hens with butter mix and bake at 350F 35 to 40 min, basting frequently with remaining butter mix.
