Rice Pudding
- 4 cups milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (6 ounce) jello instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling (lrg box, not instant)
- 1 cup dry Minute Rice
- 14 cup raisins
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon nutmeg
- Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in pan.
- Add rice and raisins.
- Stir over medium heat just until mixture comes to a boil.
- Pour into serving bowls.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Chill about an hour.
