Moroccan Pancakes

  1. Add all the ingredients to the flour (Moroccans use whole wheat flour) and mix well.
  2. Put Step 1 in the refrigerator and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Lightly oil or butter a well-heated frying pan.
  4. Cook the pancake and once it bubbles, flip it over.
  5. Cook the other side well and it's done.
  6. Moroccans eat them with honey, but I eat it with salad.
  7. It's so chewy and delicious!
  8. This time, I filled the ones shown in the picture above with Korean japchae.
  9. It's not bad at all!
