Hot Chicken Casserole

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Tear apart rotisserie chicken and put aside.
  3. Prepare noodles in the chicken broth and water
  4. Saute the chopped onions and green peppers in the butter.
  5. After veggies are tender add Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes) and stir often until melted.
  6. Add soup, rotel, chicken, and prepared noodles.
  7. Pour into casserole dish and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
