Hot Chicken Casserole
- 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 packages Wide Noodles (12 oz)
- 32 oz Chicken Broth
- 2 cup Water
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 Green Pepper (chopped)
- 3/4 Stick of Butter
- 1 lb Velveeta
- 1 can Rotel (drained)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Tear apart rotisserie chicken and put aside.
- Prepare noodles in the chicken broth and water
- Saute the chopped onions and green peppers in the butter.
- After veggies are tender add Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes) and stir often until melted.
- Add soup, rotel, chicken, and prepared noodles.
- Pour into casserole dish and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Enjoy!
