Lettuce goldfish
- 300 -400 g smoked fish fillet
- 4 -5 onions
- 3 -4 carrots
- mayonnaise
- salt
- Cut the onion by semirings and fry on vegetable oil to the light brown color.
- Rub the carrot on the grater, add some salt, sprinkle with the lemon juice and stew to the readiness.
- Clean the fish and dismantle to the pieces.
- Cool the carrot and onion, mix it with the fish and fill by mayonnaise.
- If necessary add some salt.
- Lay out lettuce to the dish and decorate.
