Taco Bean Soup
- 1 lb ground deer meat or 1 lb beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans (or any white bean)
- 1 (15 ounce) canwhite kernel corn
- 1 (10 ounce) canrotel chilies and tomatoes
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can water (optional)
- Chop onion and brown with meat then drain.
- Put back into the pan and mix 1/2 the packet of taco seasoning and 1/2 packet of ranch dressing with the meat.
- Put all the rest of the ingredients into a large pot.
- Do not drain any of the cans.
- You can add a can of water depending on how you like it.
- Heat through, approx 10 minute
- Then you can eat it with tortillas and shredded cheese.
