Tuna Sandwich

• 1 can tuna in oil
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 Roma tomato
• 1 handful of fresh baby spinach
• 1 large egg (hard boiled)

1. Dice tomato and sauteed for 1-2 minutes wit the spinach in butter
2. Chop up the hard boiled egg
3. Mix ingredients together and serve on slice of buttered toast
