Savory Kale Oatmeal Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and prepare a muffin tray by greasing it.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
  3. With an ice cream scoop, spoon batter into prepared muffin tray.
  4. Bake in middle rack for 1517 minutes or until inserted tester comes out clean.
  5. Take tray out of oven and serve warm with ketchup.
