Savory Kale Oatmeal Cups
- 2 cups Quick Oats
- 1 cup Oats Flour
- 2 cups Baby Kale
- 1- 1/2 cup Silken Tofu
- 1- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and prepare a muffin tray by greasing it.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
- With an ice cream scoop, spoon batter into prepared muffin tray.
- Bake in middle rack for 1517 minutes or until inserted tester comes out clean.
- Take tray out of oven and serve warm with ketchup.
