BOCA Puttanesca Sauce with Pasta

• 3/4 cup BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
• 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
• 1 tsp. olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. sliced black olives
• 1 tsp. capers, drained
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
• 2 cups fusilli pasta, cooked

1. Cook crumbles in medium saucepan as directed on package.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except pasta; cook 5 min.
3. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve over pasta.
