BOCA Puttanesca Sauce with Pasta
- 3/4 cup BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sliced black olives
- 1 tsp. capers, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 cups fusilli pasta, cooked
- Cook crumbles in medium saucepan as directed on package.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except pasta; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over pasta.
