Pineapple Mojito

• 2 ounces, fluid Rum
• 2 ounces, fluid Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 ounces, fluid Triple Sec
• 1/2 ounces, fluid Lime Juice
• 13 cups Fresh Mint Leaves (or As Desired)
• 2 ounces, fluid Club Soda
• Ice, To Fill Your Glass
• Fresh Pineapple Wedge, For Optional Garnish

1. Add the rum, pineapple juice, triple sec, lime juice and mint into a cocktail glass.
2. Muddle the mint with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon.
3. Add ice and top with club soda.
4. Garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple, if desired.
