Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce
- 32 oz Heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1/2 cup Asiago
- 1/2 cup Romano
- 1/4 cup Havarti
- 2 clove Garlic (pressed)
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 8 oz Butter (unsalted)
- In medium sauce pan melt butter and saute garlic.
- Add heavy whipping cream and wait til it starts to bubble around edge it pan.
- Add cheeses slowly and use whisk to blend together.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Whisk occasionally
cream, parmesan, romano, clove garlic, parsley, butter
