Pico de Gallo Salsa
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into small dice
- 1/2 medium white onion, cut into small dice
- 4 scallions, finely chopped
- 12 sprigs cilantro, finely chopped
- 3 fresh chiles serranos or 2 jalapenos, minced
- 1/4 cup grapefruit or lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
