Easy Herbed Italian Tuna Patties
- 2 cans Tuna, 5 Ounce Cans
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Minced Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
- Olive Oil, For Frying
- Mix all ingredients (except the frying oil) thoroughly together in a bowl be sure to break up the tuna.
- If mixture seems too loose, add more bread crumbs.
- Cover and chill mixture for 20 minutes.
- In a skillet or frying pan, add enough olive oil to cover that pan to 1/4 inch or so thickness.
- Warm on low.
- Shape the tuna mixture into patties and place in skillet.
- Turn heat to medium.
- Cook patties until they are firm and browned on both sides.
