Tasty Cheese Ball

• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 1 (2/3 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix or 1 (2/3 ounce) packagedry garlic & herb salad dressing mix
• 34 cup pecans (or paprika and dried parsley flakes)

1. Combine the cheese and dry dressing mix.
2. Mix until well combined.
3. Form it into a ball.
4. Roll in the nuts (or paprika and parsley flakes).
5. Chill until ready to serve.
6. Serve with crackers.
