Southwest Chicken SIZZLING SALADS
- 1 small boneless skinless chicken breast (4 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1/6 KRAFT SIZZLING SALADS Southwest Chicken Dinner Kit
- 2 cups torn iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup canned no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup each red and green pepper strips
- 1/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Cook chicken in hot oil in skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
- Add 2 Tbsp.
- Cooking Sauce; cook on low heat 1 min., turning chicken after 30 sec.
- Remove from heat.
- Combine lettuce, beans, vegetables and cheese.
- Add 2 Tbsp.
- Dressing; toss to coat.
- Serve salad with chicken.
