Southwest Chicken SIZZLING SALADS

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min.
  2. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  3. Add 2 Tbsp.
  4. Cooking Sauce; cook on low heat 1 min., turning chicken after 30 sec.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Combine lettuce, beans, vegetables and cheese.
  7. Add 2 Tbsp.
  8. Dressing; toss to coat.
  9. Serve salad with chicken.
