Easy Almond Roca Recipe

  1. Lightly grease bottom of large jelly roll pan.
  2. Heat butter and sugar in saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil and boil 2 min, remove from heat.
  4. Line jelly roll pan with 40 whole saltine crackers and pour sugar mix over crackers to cover.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min, till bubbling all over.
  6. Watch carefully.
  7. Remove and cover with chocolate chips.
  8. Let heat before smoothly spreading over crackers.
  9. Cover with finely minced nuts.
  10. Chill to harden.
