Garlic Turkey Meatballs Recipe
- 1 package grnd turkey meat
- 1 egg
- 1 c. garlic bread crumbs
- 2 dashes garlic salt or possibly pwdr
- Defrost turkey meat.
- Add in turkey meat and bread crumbs.
- Mix well.
- Add in egg to mix.
- Mix well till completely blended.
- Roll meat into any sized meat balls.
- Spray pan with pam.
- Place them on a frying pan over a medium flame/heat.
- Move pan around several times to brown the meat balls all around.
- After several min cooking, cut one open and check for color.
- If still red, let it cook for longer.
- If light brown, they are ready.
- Take them off and place on a plate.
- Dash garlic salt or possibly pwdr once.
- Flip meat balls over then dash again.
- Enjoy.
- Serve with pasta.
