Kofte Ka Korma

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Process first 4 ingredients in food processor until finely chopped; transfer to large bowl.
  3. Add lamb, cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp.
  4. cream cheese product and egg; mix with hands until well blended.
  5. Shape into 24 (1-inch) meatballs; place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. Meanwhile, whisk remaining cream cheese with all remaining ingredients except chopped dill until well blended.
  8. Pour sauce over meatballs.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  10. or until sauce is thickened and meatballs are done (160 degrees F).
  11. Top with chopped dill.
