Chocolate Won Tons With Raspberry Sauce
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh
- 14 cup sugar
- 14 water, plus a bowl for sealing won tons
- oil, for frying
- 12 cup powdered sugar, for garnish
- Fill each won ton wrapper with a few chocolate chips.
- Fold and seal like a won ton, sealing with wet fingers.
- Make the raspberry sauce, by blending the raspberries and sugar with a few teaspoons of water.
- Strain out seeds and place in a squirt bottle.
- Fry won tons in 375 degree oil for a few minutes until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil.
- Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and raspberry sauce.
