Chocolate Won Tons With Raspberry Sauce

  1. Fill each won ton wrapper with a few chocolate chips.
  2. Fold and seal like a won ton, sealing with wet fingers.
  3. Make the raspberry sauce, by blending the raspberries and sugar with a few teaspoons of water.
  4. Strain out seeds and place in a squirt bottle.
  5. Fry won tons in 375 degree oil for a few minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drain excess oil.
  7. Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and raspberry sauce.
