Healthy Breakfast Pita Pizza

  1. In small mixing bowl, add eggs and milk.
  2. beat until mixed well.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of the salsa and blend well.
  4. Coat a small skillet with cooking spray and add green peppers and onions.
  5. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes until soft, add eggs and cook until firm.
  6. Place pita on a plate and spoon eggs on top.
  7. add slice of cheese, and spoon the remaining salsa on top.
  8. Microwave for 30 seconds; remove and enjoy!
