Chocolate Cinnamon Muffin in a Minute

  1. Place coconut oil in microwave-safe mug.
  2. Melt in microwave on high, takes about one minute.
  3. Add dry ingredients to melted oil, then add the egg.
  4. Mix with a fork until completely blended.
  5. Microwave on high for one minute.
