Eggs in Tomato Salad

  1. Place lettuce leaves on each plate.
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half, from top to bottom.
  3. Lay each cut-side down and make several cuts in the tomato.
  4. Insert a wedge of egg in each cut of the tomato.
  5. Place a small puddle of vinaigrette on the lettuce and set the tomato/egg in the dressing.
  6. Pass salt and pepper to each individual.
