Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

  1. Brown chicken 4 minutes on each side in 1 T hot oil in a large skillet over med-hi heat.
  2. Remove from heat and place in a 4 quart slow cooker.
  3. Combine ketchup and next 6 ingredients.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 hours.
  6. Shred chicken.
  7. Spoon mixture on buns and top with dill pickle slices.
