Autumn Crumble
- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- 1 12 cups orange juice
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 3 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 12 cup frozen cranberries, thawed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup rolled oats
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup cold butter
- Whisk together Eagle Brand, orange juice, and spices.
- Add apples, pears, and cranberries; toss until fruit is well coated.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly buttered 8-cup baking dish; set aside.
- Combine flour, oats, and sugar.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle on top of apple mixture.
- Bake in preheated 375F oven for 30-35 minutes or until fruit has softened.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
