Blueberry Parfait Recipe
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of salt
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 # 2 can blueberry pie filling
- Whip cream with sugar, vanilla and salt.
- Mix in lowfat sour cream.
- Alternate layers of filling and whipped cream mix in parfait or possibly sherbet glasses, beginning with colored layer and ending with white.
- Top each with a blueberry.
- Refrigeratetill serving time.
- Serves 8 to 10.
