Blueberry Parfait Recipe

  1. Whip cream with sugar, vanilla and salt.
  2. Mix in lowfat sour cream.
  3. Alternate layers of filling and whipped cream mix in parfait or possibly sherbet glasses, beginning with colored layer and ending with white.
  4. Top each with a blueberry.
  5. Refrigeratetill serving time.
  6. Serves 8 to 10.
