Chicken Barbecue Sandwiches Recipe

• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1/4 c. vinegar
• 2 tbsp. minced onion
• 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoon packed brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
• 4 hamburger buns, split

1. Heat all ingredients except chicken and buns to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly, reduce heat.
2. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10 min.
3. Stir in chicken.
4. Cover and simmer till chicken is warm, about 5 min.
5. Fill hamburger buns with chicken mix.
