Cauliflower Couscous ( Vegan )

  1. cut all vegetables into small dice
  2. put cauliflower floret in blend and pulse it till it looks like crumbs
  3. in pan with 1tbsp of olive oil sautee onion then add all vegetable and dry saute for 2 minute
  4. add salt mix well then off heat and add lemon juice
  5. serve top garnish

cauliflower, carrot, celery, enoki mushroom, onion, salt, lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest
