Bourbon Fizz
- 1/2 ounce pastis
- 1 lemon wedge and granulated sugar
- Ice
- 11/2 ounces bourbon
- 1/4 ounce amaretto
- 1/4 ounce Frangelico
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce chilled club soda
- Rinse a martini glass with the pastis.
- Moisten the outer rim of the glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the bourbon, amaretto, Frangelico and Simple Syrup.
- Shake and strain into the martini glass.
- Top with the club soda.
