Cheesy Leftover Turkey & Stuffing Rosemary Crostini
- 2 slices Crusty Bread
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Turkey, Cooked And Shredded
- 1/2 cups Leftover Prepared Stuffing (any Kind Is Fine! I Used Cornbread)
- 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, Finely Chopped
- Preheat your oven to 400 F. Put your bread slices on a baking tray.
- Spread half of the olive oil over the top of each slice of bread, then sprinkle on your garlic powder.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes just to crisp it up.
- Remove pan from oven.
- Top bread with turkey, stuffing, mozzarella cheese, and fresh rosemary.
- Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Enjoy!
