Vege-Pate (Sunflower Seeds Spread)
- 1 cup Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
- 1 whole Potato, Peeled And Shredded
- 1/2 cups Corn Meal
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sage
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- Preheat oven at 350 degree
- Shred the sunflower seeds into dust using a coffee grinder.
- Mix in bowl with all the dry ingredient, spices etc.
- Add water and oil.
- Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a oven safe greased dish.
- Cook for 45 mins.
- Let cool down.
- Keep into covered plastic container.
- Serve with your favorite crackers or crispy bread, toasted pita or even celery!
