Vege-Pate (Sunflower Seeds Spread)

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degree
  2. Shred the sunflower seeds into dust using a coffee grinder.
  3. Mix in bowl with all the dry ingredient, spices etc.
  4. Add water and oil.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a oven safe greased dish.
  7. Cook for 45 mins.
  8. Let cool down.
  9. Keep into covered plastic container.
  10. Serve with your favorite crackers or crispy bread, toasted pita or even celery!
