Orange Streusel Bread
- 34 cup butter (divided)
- 1 cup sugar (divided)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 2 12 cups flour (divided)
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons Tang orange crystals (divided)
- 14 cup milk
- Soften butter.
- Melt 3 tablespoons butter.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Grease an 8 by 8 baking dish.
- Cream 3 tablespoons (unmelted) butter, 3/4 cup sugar, and the egg.
- Add orange extract.
- Stir in 2 cups flour, baking powder, salt and 1 tablespoons Tang.
- Add milk and mix until well blended.
- Spread into dish.
- Combine 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and 2 tablespoons Tang until crumbly, sprinkle over batter in dish.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
