Broiled Fillets With Kasseri and Tomatoes
- 2 lbs flounder fillets, skinless (or other fish fillets)
- 2 tablespoons onions, grated
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 14 lb butter, melted
- 1 cup kasseri cheese, grated
- Preheat broiler.
- Place fillets in a single layer in a well-greased shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with onion, salt, pepper, and tomatoes.
- Drizzle butter over all the fillets and tomatoes.
- Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with cheese and broil 2 minutes more.
