Mathris
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. dried fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. ajwain (carom seed)
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. Classico Pesto di Sardegna Sun-Dried Tomato
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Use pulsing action of food processor to process flour, fenugreek, baking powder and ajwain just until blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; pulse just until mixture forms smooth dough.
- Divide dough into 12 pieces.
- Roll each into ball; flatten into 2-inch round.
- Place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Let stand 10 min.
- ; spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
