BBQ Chicken with Brown Rice Pilaf

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Broil chicken, 6 inches from heat, 5 to 6 min.
  3. on each side or until done (165 degrees F) brushing frequently with barbecue sauce.
  4. Meanwhile, bring broth and water to boil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Stir in rice and vegetables; cook on low heat 5 min.
  6. or until vegetables are tender.
  7. Cover.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Let stand 5 min.
  10. Serve chicken with rice.
