Fettuccine with Tomato Clam Sauce

  1. Soak tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain and puree.
  3. Heat oil, add onion and garlic cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add remaining clam juice, broth, tomato paste and spices.
  5. Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Add clams.
