Italian Style Cauliflower

  1. Steam the cauliflower for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp-tender.
  2. If using the nuts, lightly saute in a small amount of oil.
  3. Blend or shake the remaining ingredients and pour over warm cauliflower.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Top with toasted nuts.
