California Chicken Salad
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and cut into bite sizes pieces
- 1 head fresh broccoli florets
- 12 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cups asiago cheese (shredded)
- 2 tomatoes (cored, seeded and chopped)
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup yogurt
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped fine)
- In a large bowl, gently stir together first five ingredients.
- Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and dill until creamy.
- Gently stir dressing mixture into meat and vegetable mixture until well combined.
