Chipotle Hummus
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans
- 3 Tablespoons Reserved Garbanzo Bean Liquid
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Chipotle Pepper In Adobo
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Lime Zest
- Combine garbanzo beans, reserved liquid, olive oil, chipotle pepper, paprika, cumin, lime juice and kosher salt in a food processor.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl, sprinkle with lime zest.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve.
