Chipotle Hummus

  1. Combine garbanzo beans, reserved liquid, olive oil, chipotle pepper, paprika, cumin, lime juice and kosher salt in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Transfer the hummus to a bowl, sprinkle with lime zest.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Serve.
