Blueberry Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Coat an 11 x 7" baking dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, honey, extracts, and cinnamon.
  4. Add bread and let stand for 15 minutes.
  5. Dust blueberries with flour; discarding excess flour.
  6. Add berries to bread mixture; pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for about 1 hour, until bread pudding is set and lightly browned on top.
