Coconut Curry Chicken Strips

  1. Dust chicken strips with flour.
  2. Rub chicken strips with curry paste.
  3. Crack egg into bowl, dip chicken in quickly (be careful not to lose curry paste).
  4. Mix breadcrumbs and coconut flakes in bowl.
  5. Roll chicken in mixture to coat.
  6. Heat oil in non-stick pan on medium-high.
  7. Cook chicken strips in pan, about 4 minutes per side or until cooked through and crispy on the outside.
