Chicken Lo Mein

  1. Heat oil in large skillet, or wok, over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add ginger, water, soy sauce and broth.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in pasta.
  6. Add frozen vegetables, stir gently.
  7. Return to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 5-8 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
